Evaluating Fund Performance
Conducted baseline, mid-line, and end-line evaluations to assess the effectiveness and performance of the Civil Society Innovation Fund.
The project supported the evaluation of the Civil Society Innovation Fund (CSIF), financed by the French Development Agency (AFD), to assess its contribution to strengthening a more democratic, pluralistic, and innovative civil society in Ethiopia. The assignment generated evidence and learning to inform programme performance and measure the Fund's contribution across the thematic areas of human rights, gender, and media.
Assessing Programme & Grant Outcomes
Evaluated the Fund at both the programme and grant levels, examining progress towards overall objectives as well as the outcomes and impact of individual projects.
Supporting Learning & Knowledge Management
Generated evidence and learning to strengthen programme implementation and support knowledge capitalisation throughout the Fund.
