The project strengthened the effectiveness and efficiency of DFID Ethiopia's programme portfolio by enhancing governance, financial management, and risk management systems across implementing partners. The assignment aimed to improve programme delivery, strengthen accountability, and ensure resources were managed effectively to maximise development impact.
Enhancing Programme Oversight
Strengthened monitoring and evaluation systems while providing targeted technical advisory support to improve programme delivery and Value for Money (VfM).
Building Risk Management Capacity
Supported DFID Ethiopia and its partners to strengthen risk management, reduce fraud and corruption risks, streamline fund flows, and reinforce accountability mechanisms.
