Cash Transfers for Orphans and Vulnerable Children (CT-OVC) Programme

This project evaluated Kenya's largest social protection programme, implemented by the Ministry of East African Community, Labour and Social Protection with support from UNICEF, the World Bank, DFID, and Sida. The programme provides regular cash transfers to households caring for orphans and vulnerable children, with the aim of strengthening family-based care and improving long-term human development outcomes.
